Ebenezer UMC will be located on a 24 acre wooded site in Columbus. A vision plan of compact built structures are designed to minimize site disruption, while gardens, parking, leisure trails, and resort housing organize together in a pattern drawn from kente cloth: ceremonial cloth worn in Ghanaian celebrations.

Phase One is currently in design development and will include a 1000 seat sanctuary, flexible use chapel, adult education, cafe, and administration. A future phase is connected via a courtyard and will house main education spaces, a multipurpose space, daycare, and community clinic.

The Chapel is a flexible 150 seat space that can accommodate worship and small banquet seating functions. It will overlook a future courtyard connecting Phase One to Phase Two, an Education and Multipurpose Building.

The compact footprint of the building preserves a pond and heavily wooded site remainder.
