The two buildings, while identical in their planning, flip identities to respond to vastly different street characteristics: Town Street being a wide thoroughfare connecting to downtown and Chapel Street being a more intimate and neighborhood street edge.  Landscape elements by IMPLEMENT STUDIO will further accentuate these dual identites.

Seven football fields walking distance will connect OUT OF TOWN to Columbus' Scioto Mile riverfront park space. Along the way, Land Grant, The Columbus Idea Foundry, Strongwater and 400 Rich are all close neighbors.  To the east are Franklinton's Public Library and Gladden Community Center, and to the north is a rapidly redeveloping West Broad Street, part of the historic National Road.
